Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service, managing food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and memorable dining experiences for all patrons.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols
- Manage tables, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining space, counters, and POS stations
- Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any concerns to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order delivery and ensure accuracy

Qualifications





- Previous experience in restaurant service or food industry roles is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and attention to detail
- Hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
