A warm family of four relocating from Washington, DC to Toronto is looking for an exceptional Family Assistant to help keep their busy household and two school-aged daughters organized and running smoothly. We are looking for someone smart, highly organized, reliable, relatable, and warm, who can be a positive role model and companion for their girls while confidently managing their busy schedules.

Both girls are bright, warm, and engaging. Their older daughter has ADHD, so someone who is particularly robust with organization, routines, and helping children stay on track would be a great fit.

During the day, the Family Assistant will help keep the household organized through errands, grocery shopping, scheduling,



and general household support.

After school, the focus shifts to the girls, including:

- School pick-ups and managing busy after-school schedules
- Driving to activities
- Homework supervision and academic support
- Helping the girls stay organized with school, activities, and belongings
- Keeping parents updated on schedules and important information
- Providing a warm, engaging, and supportive presence

The family has a daily housekeeper who also assists with meal preparation so no regular housekeeping is required. They are simply looking for someone happy to pitch in when needed. The family also has a well-trained Labradoodle. Candidates should be comfortable helping with walks, groomer appointments, and occasional pet-related errands.

Some overnight care and travel assistance will be required. Pet sitting when the family travels would be ideal but is not mandatory. The family is away for most of the summer. The nanny will be paid their full salary during this time.

Driving is required and a family vehicle is available for use during working hours.
