Full-Time Experienced Embroidery Production Operator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
L&T; Custom Apparel is looking for an experienced Embroidery Production Operator to join our team.
This is a hands-on production position in a busy custom apparel shop. Previous commercial embroidery experience is required. We are looking for someone who can confidently work with embroidery equipment, maintain quality and keep production moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
Operate commercial multi-head and single-head embroidery machines
Hoop and position garments accurately
Set up embroidery jobs and load designs
Work with hats, hoodies, jackets, jerseys, bags and other apparel
Change threads, needles and bobbins as required
Monitor embroidery throughout production
Identify and troubleshoot common embroidery issues
Check placement, sizing, thread colours and overall quality
Trim, clean and finish completed garments
Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance
Follow work orders carefully and ensure correct quantities are produced
Keep the embroidery area clean and organized
Work with the rest of the production team to meet deadlines
Required Experience
Previous commercial embroidery production experience
Knowledge of hooping, stabilizers, garment placement and thread tension
Ability to recognize and correct embroidery quality issues
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Dependable and able to manage multiple production jobs
Experience operating Tajima embroidery machines and working with Tajima DG16 by Pulse is preferred.
This is a full time, in-person production position at our Nisku shop.
