We are currently hiring a Full-Time Shop Helper / Tire Installer to join our team. Previous tire or automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a robust work ethic, a positive attitude, and wants to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing and removing tires and wheels
- Mounting and balancing tires
- Tire rotations and seasonal tire changes
- Helping with TPMS sensors and wheel/tire packages
- Moving, organizing, loading, and unloading tires and wheels
- Keeping the shop and work areas clean and organized
- Assisting technicians and other team members when needed
- Helping customers' vehicles get completed safely and on time
- Learning proper tire installation and shop procedures
What We're Looking For
- Full-time availability
- Tire shop or automotive experience preferred
- No experience? We're willing to train the right person
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform physical work and lift tires/wheels
- Takes pride in doing the job properly
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
