We believe exceptional service begins with compassionate people. Fundy Funeral Home is expanding our part time, on-call support team and is seeking dependable individuals with flexible availability throughout the weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

This role supports our funeral directors and operations team, assisting with services, transfers, and daily funeral home operations as needed. Funeral service is a unique profession, and responsibilities may vary depending on the needs of the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist funeral directors with services, visitations, and preparations
- Support transfers and general operational duties as required
- Provide professional, compassionate support to families and staff
- Maintain discretion and composure in sensitive situations
- Respond to operational needs during scheduled on-call periods

Availability Requirement (Important):

- Availability during weekdays, evenings, and weekends is preferred.
- Applicants who are available across all three areas are considered an asset.
- We are particularly interested in individuals who can provide flexibility outside of traditional daytime hours, including evening and late-hour availability.
- Hours are scheduled on an on-call,



as-needed basis, depending on the needs of the funeral home.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift, move, and assist with physical tasks when required
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
