Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently and safely
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Provide product demos and upsell convenience items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including pumps, store area, and surrounding grounds
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and restocking supplies as needed
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper handling of fuel and hazardous materials

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales,



cashiering, or customer service roles; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Familiarity with POS systems, phone etiquette, and time management techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies, and work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if required
- Demonstrated ability to provide friendly, productive service while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
