Description As a General Help, you will:

- Assist with general food production, preparation, packaging, and handling tasks as assigned.
- Support daily operational needs across different areas of the facility.
- Follow all work instructions, SOPs, GMPs, HACCP requirements, and food safety procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas throughout the shift.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and housekeeping duties as required.
- Handle ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and finished products safely and carefully.
- Follow proper handwashing, glove use, PPE, uniform, and personal hygiene requirements.
- Support proper product rotation, labelling, segregation, and traceability practices when assigned.
- Report any food safety, quality, equipment, pest, foreign material, safety, or operational concerns to a supervisor immediately.
- Follow allergen control procedures and avoid cross-contamination or cross-contact.
- Assist with moving, lifting, staging, organizing, and storing materials as required.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately, safely, and on time.
- Work cooperatively with team members, leads, supervisors, and management.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned based on business needs.

Working Conditions

- Fast-paced food production environment.
- Working in refrigerated areas.
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement may be required.
- Shift work, weekends, overtime, or schedule changes may be required based on operational needs.

About You

- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse, sanitation, or general labour is an asset.




- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated or food production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Must be willing to follow strict food safety, hygiene, GMP, and health and safety rules.
- Must be flexible and willing to support different areas of the facility as assigned.
