We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction, maintenance, and operational tasks across our projects. Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials to ensure a safe working environment
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas to uphold safety standards and cleanliness
- Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas efficiently and safely
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Help with minor repairs or assembly tasks under supervision to support project progress




- Participate in site inspections and report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors

Skills

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and following instructions
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or industrial environments
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under supervision
