We are a micro-cultivation facility in Pitt Meadows looking for a focused, productive Part-Time Greenhouse Labourer. This position requires strong physical stamina, comfort working at heights, and the ability to keep up with fast-paced production schedules. You will play a key role in routine greenhouse maintenance, crop management, and cannabis trimming.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, fast-paced manual trimming of cannabis flower to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Execute routine greenhouse maintenance, sanitation, equipment cleaning, and system upkeep.
- Work comfortably and safely at heights on high ladders and scaffolding to perform overhead maintenance.
- Assist with daily cultivation tasks, including plant training, defoliation, potting, and harvesting.
- Maintain strict security, sanitation, and record-keeping protocols required for a licensed cannabis facility.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Comfortable working on high ladders and elevated platforms for extended periods.
- Hand dexterity and the ability to maintain a fast, consistent pace during repetitive trimming tasks.
- Physical strength and flexibility: ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stretch, bend, and work in warm, humid environments.
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and punctual attendance.
- Must be 19+ years of age and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in British Columbia.
- Reliable transportation to our Pitt Meadows site.
