One of our clients is looking for a Group Leader - Production to join their Stamping department. This role will lead production teams across a three-shift rotation while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience; stamping experience is preferred, along with previous supervisory experience.
- Robust technical, manufacturing, mechanical, mathematical, and computer/software skills.
- Proven leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and team-development abilities.
- Ability to coordinate production schedules, optimize resources, resolve operational issues, and maintain safety, quality, 5S, and productivity standards.
