Valley Hair Loft is a boutique studio space located in the heart of downtown Courtenay. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, elevated experience for every client who walks through our doors, specializing in everything from lived-in colour and precision dry-cutting to traditional barbering and classic men's grooming. We foster an independent, high-energy environment where you have full control over your craft while working alongside experienced stylists and a skilled, dedicated barber.

What We’re Looking For
Expertise in styling, colour work, or traditional barbering services (fades, hot towel treatments, precision cuts).
Established clientele is a plus, but motivated professionals eager to grow in downtown Courtenay are highly encouraged to apply.
Great client communication, strong attention to detail, and a welcoming, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality hair styling or barbering services based on client consultations.
Keep your station and shared salon spaces clean, protected, and professional.
Work collaboratively within a shared space while managing your clients effectively.
