Hiring: HCM Cloud OTL Techno-Functional Consultant | Toronto, ON | Onsite

We're looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud OTL Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Fast Formula, and HCM implementations to support enterprise HCM initiatives.

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- 7–8 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
- Experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud OTL solutions
- Proven experience delivering 2–3 full-cycle OTL implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Fast Formula development and configuration
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective OTL solutions




- Experience working across both functional and technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other HCM stakeholders

A hands-on HCM Cloud OTL Techno-Functional Consultant with multiple implementation experiences who can independently handle OTL requirements, configuration, and Fast Formula development while working closely with business and technical teams.
