The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate protected, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to power a secure energy future. You will set your departments up for success by developing a world class team of operations leaders.

As a part of the Key Lake senior leadership team, you will be responsible for setting overall site goals. Monitor and control mill budget and control department expenditures including material requirements and equipment. Lead and support operations and technical teams through plant upgrades and technological advancements.

Plan and set annual department goals relating to safety and ensure that high safety and environmental standards are maintained. Coach and mentor site leaders to develop their full potential.



bachelor in a technical field or a diploma and equivalent experience; ~15 years of combined experience in an industrial setting; ~ five years of experience in a senior supervisory role; work an irregular schedule, Monday to Thursday, and commute to site by aircraft. uranium milling technical experience; pre-employment substance test; flexible health, drug, dental, and vision plan with a health spending and personal spending account; fixed benefits including employee and dependant life, AD&D;, disability benefits and paid vacation leave; Employee and Family Assistance Programs; relocation costs. Safety Sensitive Site
