The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate protected, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. You will set your departments up for success by developing a world class team of operations leaders.

As a part of the Key Lake senior leadership team, you will be responsible for setting overall site goals. Monitor and control mill budget and control department expenditures including material requirements and equipment. Lead and support operations and technical teams through plant upgrades and technological advancements.

Plan and set annual department goals relating to safety and ensure that high safety and environmental standards are maintained. Coach and mentor site leaders to develop their full potential.
