Insight Global is seeking a Head of Strategic Alliances for a leading embedded payments and financial technology organization. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships across designated industry verticals such as Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, Property Management, Construction, Retail, Logistics, and other software ecosystems.
This is not a traditional sales role. The successful candidate will act as an industry expert, building executive-level relationships with software companies, SaaS providers, ERP platforms, and other ecosystem partners. They will identify partnership opportunities, establish strategic alliances, influence product strategy, and drive long-term revenue growth through embedded finance solutions.
Responsibilities Develop and execute partnership strategies for assigned industry verticals
Identify, engage, and build relationships with ISVs, SaaS platforms, ERP providers, and technology partners
Negotiate and manage strategic partnership agreements
Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to launch and grow partner programs
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for assigned industries
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and executive meetings
Develop joint go-to-market initiatives that drive recurring revenue growth
Build long-term executive relationships that increase market presence and ecosystem influence

Experience within embedded finance, payments, banking-as-a-service, treasury, or fintech organizations
Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drove measurable business growth
Experience working with software ecosystems, ISVs, SaaS platforms, or ERP providers
Robust executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed
