The Role Keep our fleet running safely and reliably. You’ll work on semi trucks, gravel trailers, excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, rock trucks and more supporting active construction projects.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
- Perform routine maintenance (oil, filters, inspections)
- Complete repairs and component replacements




- Test equipment and complete work orders
- Support preventative maintenance and keep a clean, secure shop

What You Bring

- Heavy Duty Mechanic Experience
- Red Seal (preferred)
- Truck and Trailer Safety Certification (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills—you can troubleshoot, not just swap parts
- Experience with heavy fleet and construction equipment
- Independent, reliable, and safety-focused

Licence/Certification:
