We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction, excavation, and material handling projects. Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders with precision and safety awareness
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load and unload freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment, ensuring proper securing of loads
- Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and excavation tasks according to project specifications
- Support automotive repair tasks related to heavy equipment when necessary, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues




- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and injuries in office
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities, ensuring timely completion of projects

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or graders in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting equipment or materials between sites
- Certification or demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation required or nice-to-have
- Basic knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards for loading/unloading cargo
- Ability to perform automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues on heavy machinery is a plus
- Strong commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all tasks performed
- Physical ability to stand, lift heavy loads, and operate machinery for extended periods
