We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage seating arrangements
- Provide menus to Guests
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness in the host area and lobby
- Assist with to-go orders and package items for customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or hotel setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy times
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
