Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, carpets, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adhere to established standards for hygiene, safety, and confidentiality while performing all cleaning tasks.




- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.

Experience

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques involving industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards related to cleanliness and guest service is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
