Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming setting for guests and staff. This position is essential in upholding our standards of hospitality and cleanliness, making it vital for the overall guest experience.

The job is for 14 hours a week divided between Saturdays and Sundays.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.
- Ensure that guest rooms, hallways, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Skills





- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not required.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
