Responsibilities

- Opens the housekeeping department and assign rooms/tasks to housekeeping associates.
- Updates rooms/tasks assigned to Room Attendants throughout the day as necessary.
- Checks on status of guest rooms and ensure statuses are updated in Light Speed.
- Coordinates VIP rooms, shows rooms, RNR rooms, etc. with Front Office.
- Ensures Room Attendant master keys are received and returned each shift.
- Responds to guests lost and found inquiries.
- Performs other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays and have flexible availability to work varying shifts in the morning, afternoon and evening from Monday to Sunday between 6am to 8:30pm. The number of shifts per week will vary depending on business levels.
- Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating fresh, comfortable and relaxing spaces for guests
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Is an organized individual with positive computer skills




- Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys working as a team
- Is a team leader with the ability to guide and inspire others
- Is available to work a variety of shifts/days.
- Gets excited by an energetic, fast-paced environment and has the ability to multi-task
- Has a good attendance record
- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
