- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department - Implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure productive coordination of services

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices and techniques
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Proficient in using computer software for inventory management, and reporting
