HRIS Associate The HRIS Associate will support the daily operations, maintenance, and ongoing administration and changes in the organization’s Human Resources Information System (Dayforce). The role will assist in ensuring data integrity, optimizing system functionality, supporting system upgrades and implementations. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, great communication skills, technical aptitude, and a strong commitment to providing quality service to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include: Own first-line support for HRIS queries, troubleshooting issues and triaging escalations as needed.

Support configuration changes, workflows, and process improvements in the HRIS.

Assist with testing and rollout of system enhancements, integrations, or upgrades.

Participate in HRIS-related projects including new module rollouts or data migration.

Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and process standards to support HRIS operations.

Provide guidance and training to end users, including HR staff, managers, and employees, on system functionality and process changes.

Manage and ensure the integrity of employee data within the HRIS,



maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

The ideal candidate for this position will have: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

1–3 years of experience working with an HRIS platform (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP).

Familiarity with system integrations and working with third-party vendors (e.g., benefits providers, payroll processors, background check vendors).

Experience developing and maintaining system documentation, SOPs, user guides and training materials.

Participated in cross-functional projects involving IT, Finance, and HR stakeholders.

Prior experience in HR, data management, or HR operations is an asset.

Experience with HRIS reporting tools and ticketing systems is a plus.

Proficient in MS Excel, basic knowledge of SQL or system integration concepts is an advantage.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Solid attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
