Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ICI Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ICI construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Review and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution effectively.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other tools to monitor progress, update schedules, and manage documentation.
- Develop accurate construction estimates by leveraging construction estimating techniques and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to foster explicit communication and seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control,



and adherence to schematics and blueprints.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, change orders, and cost control measures for stakeholders.

Requirements

- Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong background in ICI projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading along with familiarity with schematics and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and project budgeting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately to guide project execution.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to heavy civil or commercial construction sites.
