Role Purpose The Inclusive Technology Commercialization Associate will help move the Talent Passport from market validation toward wider adoption. The role will support customer discovery, pilot development, pricing research and go-to-market planning with employers, educational institutions and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research customer segments and commercialization opportunities.
- Identify potential pilot customers and early adopters.
- Conduct discovery interviews with institutional stakeholders.
- Test pricing, positioning and value propositions.
- Prepare pilot proposals, presentations and outreach materials.
- Track prospective customers and partnership opportunities.
- Gather feedback to inform product and business decisions.
- Analyze pilot results and recommend scalable approaches.
- Support funding applications and commercialization planning.
- Monitor relevant accessibility and workforce technology trends.
Qualifications Recent graduate in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation, Technology, Economics or a related discipline.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong research, analytical and communication skills.
- Interest in accessibility, inclusive employment and technology.
- Confidence conducting outreach and stakeholder interviews.
- Ability to organize findings and make practical recommendations.
- Experience with commercialization, market research, partnerships or startups is an asset.
- Lived experience of disability or accessibility barriers is valued.
