Montegra Studios is looking for independent sales representatives to help grow our client base across Canada.

We are a software and technology company based in British Columbia, working across custom software, AI and automation, digital platforms, integrations, infrastructure, and ongoing technical support.

The role is focused on recent business development. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to decision-makers, developing relationships, qualifying opportunities, and helping move conversations toward active projects.

You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable speaking about technology at a business level and understanding what a client is trying to solve.

What you’ll be doing

- Prospecting and outbound outreach
- Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identifying companies that may benefit from custom software or technology services
- Qualifying new opportunities
- Following up with prospects throughout the sales process




- Coordinating with the Montegra team on discovery calls and proposals
- Keeping lead and opportunity information organized
- Representing Montegra professionally in all client communication

We’re looking for someone who is confident, well-spoken, self-directed, and comfortable with business development. Experience in B2B sales, technology, SaaS, consulting, professional services, or account management is an asset, but strong communication and judgement matter more. This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor role. Compensation is tied to business successfully brought to Montegra under the company’s sales representative agreement and commission structure.
