This position follows a hybrid work model and requires attendance at either our downtown Toronto office or the client office located at Mississauga, for a minimum of 2 days per week. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable customer communication management (CCM) solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ensure all deliverables comply with organizational branding guidelines, regulatory requirements, accessibility standards, and industry best practices. Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed. Work closely with Quality Engineering (QE) teams to support testing activities and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of deliverables. 8–10 years of hands‑on experience working with the Quadient Inspire platform. ~ Solid understanding of document composition,



layout design, and output management. ~ Experience with data integration, automation, and workflow development within the Quadient ecosystem. ~ Familiarity with version control systems, release management, and deployment processes. ~ Experience working in enterprise Customer Communication Management (CCM) environments. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
