Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance plans and recommend suitable solutions based on their individual needs
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-up, policy renewals, or marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy details, and service requests using sales administration tools
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
- Support sales efforts by promoting additional insurance products aligned with customer needs through telemarketing techniques




- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased sales effectiveness

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or retail sales with a focus on insurance sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are highly advantageous
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to handle negotiations confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience with outside sales or marketing strategies is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems is beneficial
