Our Client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Infrastructure Analyst to bring their IT environment to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical system designs, implement automation solutions, and ensure the security and stability of enterprise infrastructure. You'll blend technical expertise with strategic thinking as you translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.

Your key responsibilities include developing system requirements, defining and documenting interfaces, maintaining operational standards, and providing ongoing support for both cloud and on-premises environments. You will analyze logs, respond to security incidents, and automate routine tasks to optimize system performance.

Candidates should have a degree in Computing Science or a relevant technical certification, with 3 to 7 years of practical experience in coding and infrastructure management. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, identity security protocols including MFA and PIM, and hybrid environment knowledge with Active Directory and Entra Connect is essential. Bonus points for experience in monitoring, incident response, and on-premises hardware such as Windows Server, VMware, and HPE storage.
