Reports To: Interior Design Director

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and project execution.

The Interior Designer will be responsible for taking projects from concept development through design documentation and execution, while collaborating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Strong communication skills are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements, project brief, budget, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, material palettes, color schemes, and design presentations.
- Develop detailed design drawings, construction drawings, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and millwork details.
- Produce accurate and coordinated drawings using Revit. Proficiency in Auto CAD and SketchUp is also required.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, lighting, accessories, and other interior elements.
- Research and recommend appropriate materials, products, finishes, and suppliers based on aesthetics, functionality, quality, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants,



structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Review shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and material submissions to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, specifications, schedules, and drawing packages.
- Address site-related design issues and provide practical design solutions during construction.
- Manage multiple projects or project phases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay current with emerging trends in interior design, materials, furniture, technology, sustainability, and industry standards.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, health and safety standards, and project guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitality, commercial, multi-family residential buildings, or healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, interior detailing, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion,



Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent visual, creative, and conceptual design abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify design and coordination issues.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and interior construction methods.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.

A strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects, design concepts, technical drawings, and visualization work will be highly valued.
