You will work on various integrated teams comprised of capital markets, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions professionals that will provide you with the necessary skills to succeed in Investment Banking.

As an Associate in Investment Banking: You’ll work under the direction of a senior officer and with other experienced professionals, helping to generate ideas, advise clients and execute transactions. Research and analyze clients' financial situations, industry and market data, identify, research and analyze mergers and acquisition opportunities





• Develop valuation models of individual private and public companies, as well as merged entities

• Aid senior team members with idea generation

• Bachelors Degree required Current or prior experience in Investment Banking (1-3 years) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) Have a combination of strong financial/analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and be adept at financial modeling and valuation
