In this pivotal role, you will report to the VP, Investment Platform Support, shaping the future of Unified Managed Accounts (UMA) and Separately Managed Accounts (SMA).
Your responsibilities will encompass developing management policies, overseeing advisor adoption of tools, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. This position calls for senior-level insights in investment practice management. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage UMA and SMA programs
- Enhance the UMA program for strategic alignment
- Create investment management policies and procedures
- Advise on trading platforms and portfolio management
- Supervise advisor training and onboarding
Requirements:
- Business or finance degree required
- At least 10 years of financial services experience
- CFA and/or CIM designation required
- Familiarity with financial services technology
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills
