What you’ll do

- Work directly at client sites to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents or deploy IT solutions.

- Deliver small to medium-scale technical projects (infrastructure, network upgrades, migrations, IP telephony, etc.).

- Ensure smooth, proactive, and reassuring client relationships throughout all interventions.

- Participate in the implementation, configuration, and documentation of infrastructures and networks.

- Collaborate closely with internal project, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.

- Keep knowledge bases up to date.

Skills and desired experience

Training & Experience

- College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent (AEC or significant experience).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT/networking role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory).

- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, VLANs, etc.).





- Experience with Cisco IP telephony (configuration and troubleshooting).

- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (frequent travel required).

Technical and Interpersonal Skills

- Solid sense of organization, prioritization, and positive stress management.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.

- Natural leadership and a positive team attitude.
