We are seeking a Full Time Ivalua Configurator with robust experience in Ivalua configuration, customization, SQL, ETL, data migration, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into effective Ivalua solutions and support configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize the Ivalua platform based on functional and technical requirements
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop configuration documentation, technical designs, and test scripts
- Provide technical guidance on Ivalua configuration best practices
- Conduct unit, integration, regression testing, and troubleshooting
- Assist with data migration, mapping, transformation, and loading activities
- Support Ivalua integrations with enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues
- Collaborate with internal clients, remote teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of the Ivalua platform

Required Skills





- 4+ years of Ivalua configuration and management experience
- Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification
- Strong SQL, query optimization, ETL, and database management skills
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong procurement process and procurement software knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with distributed teams

Preferred Skills

- Ivalua L2 or higher configuration certification
- Experience with AI Chatbot skill configuration
- Experience with EAI, ETL, and API-based integrations
- Experience integrating Ivalua with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar enterprise systems
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and batch integration frameworks
- Experience with data migration and integration performance optimization
