Position Summary The TVDSB is currently accepting applications for an Itinerant Lunaapeew Language Program Teacher for (1) elementary long-term occasional (LTO) position. All applicants must be in positive standing with the Ontario College of Teachers and possess Junior and Intermediate qualifications. The successful candidate must possess written and oral fluency in the Lunaapeew language.

The position is temporary full-time until June 30, 2027. Instruction will be for 0.8 FTE Grades 4-8 Lunaapeew Language and 0.2 FTE school support. If you are seeking further clarification on details of the assignment, please contact Gwen Doxtator, System Principal at [email protected]

Salary will be determined based on education/experience as per the collective agreement. Base rate is $51,955.00.
