Hi! Im Jess, and I live with my husband, Holden, and our daughter, Clementine. Holden is a carpenter and works long hours, so Im often managing things at home during the week while hes at work. Im currently on maternity leave and will be returning to work in December.

I work from home, and while Im hoping I may be able to balance working and caring for Clementine at the same time, I know that it may be more difficult than I expectespecially when I have meetings or busy periods where I need to be fully focused. Because of that, Im looking into some childcare help for Clementine while Im working from home. Ideally, Id love to have someone who can spend time with her, play with her, keep her entertained, and help with her routine while Im working nearby.

I may not need full time help, but Id like some flexibility depending on my workload. Im hoping to find someone caring, reliable, and comfortable becoming a familiar and trusted person in Clementines life.
