We are continuing to grow our team of over 100 employees and are currently looking for a Lead Construction Foreman to join our team. If you are some with experience through the construction industry and are looking to grow within a company to higher levels, then we want to hear from you!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Day-to-day communication with project managers, all trades on site, and supervisors
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Run a 3-5 man crew while completing tasks
- Layout construction floor plans and concrete plans
- Complete carpentry-related tasks, including: framing, finishing carpentry, concrete foundations, and exterior cladding.
- Installation of windows and doors
Qualifications
- Journeyman Carpentry certificate preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
