As a Junior Manager, you will help lead sales and marketing campaigns, support team performance, and turn client goals into measurable results.

You will work with clients across technology, artificial intelligence, clean tech, life sciences, digital media, hospitality, consumer brands, and community organizations. Every campaign brings a new audience, challenge, and opportunity to grow.

What You Will Do

- Support the daily management of sales and marketing campaigns
- Help turn client objectives into clear team priorities
- Coordinate schedules, campaign materials, and team responsibilities
- Motivate team members and support individual performance
- Track sales activity, campaign results, and customer feedback
- Communicate progress and challenges to senior management
- Help maintain strong client relationships and brand standards
- Support the training and development of new team members
- Identify ways to improve campaign execution and customer engagement
