We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support projects involving supplier control, quality, machining, and fabrication with an Aviation Company . This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and eager to grow their project management career.

The Junior Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to track project activities, follow up on deliverables, analyze data, generate KPIs and reports, and help ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and quality requirements.

Location: Longueuil, QC

Onsite: 5x weekly

Duration: 1 year contract + potential to convert full-time

Pay Rate: $25-35/hr

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to supplier control, quality, machining, and fabrication.
- Monitor project activities, timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure work remains on track.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and obtain required information.
- Generate and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , dashboards, and project performance reports.
- Collect, organize, and analyze project and supplier data to identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and project updates for management and stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and help facilitate discussions, coordinate decisions, and ensure action items are clearly documented and followed through.
- Support supplier performance monitoring and quality-related activities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including quality, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, machining, and fabrication personnel.




- Assist with identifying project risks and escalating issues when necessary.
- Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, to manage data, reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Continuously develop project management knowledge and take on increasing responsibility as experience grows.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience , preferably in project coordination, project management, supplier management, quality, manufacturing, machining, or fabrication.
- Strong interest and motivation to learn, develop, and progress into a more senior project management role.
- Experience working with data, generating reports, and tracking KPIs or performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working and making decisions collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in a manufacturing, machining, fabrication, quality, or supplier workplace is considered a strong asset.
- Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
