Lead King Air operations with professionalism and precision. You will be responsible for flight safety, crew leadership, and on‑time performance while upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards. We provide the type training you need to confidently transition into the King Air cockpit. What you'll do Command King Air flights in compliance with company SOPs, CARs, and industry best practices.
Plan and execute each sector: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and risk management. Exercise decisive leadership and effective CRM to build a high‑performing flight deck culture. Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations; adapt to schedule changes and operational needs.
Maintain accurate records and journey logs; champion safety reporting and continuous improvement. Deliver a professional customer experience and represent the company with integrity. Participate in recurrent training and checking to keep skills sharp and standards high.
What you bring Total Time: 2,000 hours minimum Multi‑Engine PIC: 500 hours minimum License Required:
