ARK Landscaping is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Landscaping Labourer / Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable performing physically demanding landscaping and property maintenance work. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well independently and with a team, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities

- Operate lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Cut and trim residential lawns
- Edge and trim property boundaries
- Remove weeds and maintain garden beds
- Perform lawn and backyard cleanups
- Rake, bag, and remove grass, leaves, and other yard debris
- Assist with overseeding, topsoil, fertilizing, and other lawn-care services
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Load and unload landscaping equipment and materials
- Perform general landscaping labour as required
- Follow safety procedures and properly care for company equipment
- Provide qualified and respectful service to customers

Requirements
- Previous landscaping experience is an asset, but training can be provided




- Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot weather and various weather conditions
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable using lawn equipment
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and motivated
- Able to work various hours, including mornings and weekends when required
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
