We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our established family landscaping team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes by performing a variety of groundskeeping tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are vibrant, well-manicured, and inviting.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in landscape maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Assist with planting, pruning, and trimming shrubs, trees, and flowers to promote healthy growth
- Use hand tools and power tools for landscape installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and clippings regularly
Skills
- Experience with landscape maintenance and gardening practices
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and troubleshooting lawn care machinery and tools
- Knowledge of horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape design
- Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards in outdoor environments
