The Bluebelle, known for its playful spin on comfort food and it's dynamic drink menu, is hiring a Lead Barista to join our team - someone experienced, dependable, and thoughtful about coffee, customer service and people management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the rhythm of a well-run bar, takes pride in doing things well, and wants to support a team in delivering consistently great coffee and service.

You’ll work closely with management and fellow baristas to ensure quality, efficiency, and a warm experience for everyone who walks through the door. We’re a small, tight-knit team that values professionalism, kindness, and a calm, steady presence behind the bar.

What You’ll Do

- Lead day-to-day bar operations and maintain high coffee standards
- Train and support baristas, offering feedback and guidance
- Manage ordering, prep, and workflow to keep service smooth
- Collaborate on seasonal drinks and product offerings
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming setting
- Assist with daily operations in our retail areas and managing team members in this

What We’re Looking For (but are willing to train the right individual):




- A couple years experience in specialty coffee and experience training baristas
- Strong espresso and milk steaming skills, with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly with trainees and ensure consistency among all baristas
- A clear communicator who’s comfortable taking initiative
- Team-first mindset with a calm, professional demeanor
