We are looking for an experienced 3rd year-Journeyman HVAC Installer, of upstanding character, to lead a residential install HVAC team! As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth of residential HVAC installations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, supported by a team of skilled plumbing/gasfitting professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Install high-efficiency residential furnace, air conditioning, heat pump, and water heating equipment;
- Provide high-quality customer service by communicating effectively with clients, offering solutions and ensuring a smooth installation experience
- Complete work orders, job details and required documentation using a company-provided iPad;
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards for quality and service excellence;
- Engage in technical sales opportunities;
- Work with an apprentice to facilitate his training and development on HVAC installations;
