As a Lead Developer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Participating in the analysis, design, development, and evolution of business solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. NET and SQL Server technologies while ensuring performance, security, and long term sustainability.

Contributing to technical decisions, code reviews, quality assurance activities, and knowledge sharing across the team. Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, supporting production applications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Is recognized for their ability to solve complex problems pragmatically and for their expertise in Microsoft software development.

Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development within a Microsoft setting, including experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps or Git. Has excellent written and spoken French skills.
