Your Mission As Captain on the Learjet 45, you will lead safe, efficient corporate jet operations while delivering an exceptional client experience. Command LR45 flights under IFR and VFR, ensuring full regulatory compliance (TCCA, ICAO). Own preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM analysis, and risk assessment within the SMS framework.
Lead the flight deck with professionalism; mentor the First Officer and collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and client services. Uphold a just culture of safety, proactive reporting, and continuous improvement. Deliver a refined, client-focused experience consistent with premium corporate aviation standards.

Ability to obtain a RAIC. Previous corporate flying experience.
Minimum Qualifications Total Time: 3,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours Jet PIC: 500 hours Type Rating: Not required - training provided (NTR) License: ATPL (TCCA) Medical: Class 1 ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4 or higher Training and Development Comprehensive Learjet 45 type training is provided, including simulator-based initial qualification and recurrent training to keep your skills sharp and current.
