Job Summary
We are a client-focused Law Firm located in downtown Moncton working together in a visionary work-family team.

Our team of professionals are always ready to deliver excellence in service. We are recruiting for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals with an excellent work ethic; thrive in a fast paced and demanding setting with the proven ability to exceed client expectations.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Create draft correspondence, reports, and legal documents accordingly
- Accurate electronic and physical maintenance of client and administrative files
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy
- Perform basic accounting functions pertaining to client matters including creating invoices
- Investigate and respond to file inquiries promptly and accurately
- Schedule and communicate client appointments and meetings
- Verbal and written communication with clients and solicitors
- Record and monitor deadlines
- Other related duties, performed with a high degree of detail and accuracy
Education and Experience
- College Diploma – Administrative or Paralegal course
- 1-3+ years relevant experience working in law (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated; friendly, approachable, able to work independently with little supervision and good communication skills
