The Legal

Counsel position requires 4-5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in a national law firm and 2 years in-house. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to build a client-focused culture and ensure all initiatives align with legal standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a robust legal compliance framework
- Support compliance-related training initiatives
- Provide advisory legal services on regulatory matters
- Review and negotiate contracts for services
- Conduct compliance risk assessments as necessary Requirements:
- Canadian LLB/JD and Ontario Call
- 4-5 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in compliance programs and commercial contracting
