Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Light Mechanic Work/Lot Guy to join our team. this role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a knack for automotive and mechanical tasks, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized shop. You’ll be the backbone of our vehicle lot operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, properly organized, and ready for customer viewing or delivery. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and work ethic will make a real impact every day!

Duties

- Perform light mechanical work on vehicles, including basic repairs, oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Use hand tools and power tools to assist with vehicle servicing and lot maintenance
- Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, ensuring proper parking and organization
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Load and unload vehicles as needed, including heavy lifting of parts or equipment
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and free of debris to promote safety and efficiency




- Support the team with general maintenance tasks and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order

Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair or related fields
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanic equipment safely
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity throughout the shift
- Prior mechanic experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong attention to detail with positive organizational skills
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
