As a Line Cook, you will play an integral role in preparing Pita-Nutso’s signature menu items while upholding our high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. What You’ll Do

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Pita-Nutso recipes, specifications, and quality standards

- Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, including proper care of kitchen equipment

- Assist with food preparation, restocking, and proper inventory rotation

- Perform efficiently during peak service periods while maintaining accuracy and quality





- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience preparing shawarma is an asset; training will be provided

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting

- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 55 lbs
