Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with food plating, garnishing, and portioning to meet customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs




- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is essential
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation is advantageous
- Experience working in the food industry or a restaurant environment demonstrates adaptability and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and serving standards
